Welcome to Luxxine. These Master Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and online commerce services. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through Luxxine, you agree to be bound by these legal terms and conditions in their entirety.

To access certain features or complete purchases on Luxxine, you may be required to register a user account:

• Age Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and execute binding transactions.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and me-restricting unauthorized access to your account.
• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and accurate details during account registration and order placement.
• Account Termination: Luxxine reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or breach security protocols.
• Single Account Policy: Users are restricted to maintaining one active personal account unless explicitly authorized by Luxxine management.

All product listings, specifications, and prices displayed are subject to confirmation and availability:

• Pricing Currency: Prices are quoted in the designated local currency during checkout and are inclusive of applicable sales taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic receipt does not signify order acceptance. Luxxine reserves the right to decline orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
• Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize Luxxine to charge your designated payment method for the total transaction amount.
• Promotional Codes: Discount codes and promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in campaign terms.
• Order Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment processing; once dispatched, the standard Return Policy applies.

Delivery schedules and fulfillment obligations are managed under strict operational guidelines:

• Estimated Timelines: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to carrier processing and logistics factors.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for purchased items pass to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.
• Force Majeure: Luxxine is not liable for fulfillment delays caused by acts of God, extreme weather, customs holds, or global supply disruptions.

All content contained on the Luxxine platform—including graphics, branding, product designs, software code, trademarks, imagery, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Luxxine or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial extraction of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

Users agree not to disrupt system security, upload malicious code, scrape automated data, or engage in fraudulent activities on the platform. Furthermore, unauthorized automated scraping, reverse engineering of backend services, or attempting to bypass payment mechanisms is prohibited. Luxxine reserves the immediate right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate system integrity or engage in abusive commercial practices.

Luxxine services and products are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxxine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, operational outages, or inability to complete a purchase.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the statutory laws of Ghana. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of remaining clauses. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before resorting to binding judicial resolution in competent courts.
